For holistic development of students and to counter the decadence that has come with materialism, it has become imperative for educational institutions to give their students sensitivity and sensibility to understand the value of their culture and heritage. He said, “We made a humble beginning of Ratnawali in 1985 with a single item.” It was informed that KU will also host All India Inter University Youth Festival in November for the third time.
