Haryana Police have arrested three persons involved in betting on Indian Premier league (IPl) match played between Mumbai and Bangalore on Tuesday from Ellenabad in district Sirsa. Police said, the accused have been identified as Vinod and Gurbachan Singh, both resident of Ellenabad and Suresh resident of Talwada Khurd.
Police arrested the accused from a rented accommodation located in ward number 6 in Ellenabad. Police recovered Rs 1,000 cash, eight mobile phone, a TV, switch board, remote, charges and calculator. Case has been registered against the accused in Ellenabad Police Station, he added.
