A 13-year-old boy named Avneet Kumar on Friday shot to fame by making solar powered bike in Haryana.
Rewari-based Avneet has claimed that the bike can touch a maximum speed of 20kmph and has features like charging ports and an anti sleeping alarm.
The teenager now dreams of making a solar-powered car that would cost less than the Nano car manufactured by TATA.
The boy had earlier created an eco-friendly air cooler, solar spray pumps, and solar toys. He has been a regular participant in district and state level competitions and soon will go for international level competitions.
Impressed with Avneet, the Central Government has decided to send Avneet to Japan in May to learn more technological techniques.
