The Haryana Food and Supplies Department has cancelled licence of 13 depot holders for committing various irregularities. Also, security amounting to Rs2.23 lakh of 34 dealers has been forfeited up to the month of October of the current financial year 2015-16.
A spokesman of the Department said that so far during the current financial year, licenses of 171 depot holders have been cancelled and security amounting to Rs19.50 lakh of 410 dealers has been forfeited.
