City's landmark, Sukhna lake will come alive on Friday as over 1000 senior citizens assemble at 6 am for the their 12th Annual Walk-For-Fun event being organised jointly by Chandigarh Police and Chandigarh Senior Citizens’ Association (CSCA).
In a Press conference at the Police headquarters, CSCA President Daljit Singh Grewal said, "This is not a competition and there is no distance or time stipulation. There is no need to produce a medical certificate. All participants will have to register at one of the tables at the venue".
