Himachal Pradesh on Monday recorded 12 more deaths due to COVID-19, pushing the toll to 455 in the state.584 fresh infections were reported in the state taking the total count to 30740, stated Himachal’s evening health bulletin.
Of the 584 fresh cases, 200 were reported from Shimla, 92 from Mandi, 70 from Kullu, 59 from Kangra among other cases, the bulletin stated.
23484 people have recovered from the virus in the state. 574 people recovered in the last 24 hours.
As per the bulletin, there were 6772 active cases in the state till the evening. Mandi has the highest number of active cases in the state at 1665 followed by 1514 in Shimla, 809 in Kullu, 665 in Kangra, 498 in Solan, 303 in Hamirpur.
So far, 465116 COVID-19 tests have been conducted in the state, the bulletin added.
