Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Thursday said that at present, 'Parivar Pehchan Patra(PPP)' is a web-based system and plans are being made to make this system mobile application based so that the updation of real-time data is done.

“PPP is the tool for achieving ‘paperless’, ‘faceless’ service delivery to citizens, therefore now the entire process adopted under this scheme would be made centralised, meaning that the monitoring of every work executed under PPP would be monitored at the headquarters level,” the Chief Minister said while presiding over a  review meeting of PPP with  Additional Deputy Commissioners and other senior officers.

He said that the State Government is committed to ushering in transparent, responsive governance where citizens can obtain services without visiting government offices and without trouble. An ambitious scheme PPP, a transformational technology-based governance programme was initiated to ensure pro-active delivery of Government services, schemes and benefits to rightful beneficiaries, he said.

Khattar said that since last one and half years, COVID-19 pandemic had certainly hampered the speed of implementation of this scheme but now as the curve has flattened, the pace of work should  speedup and all the officers concerned should work on action mode to achieve the target for completing the verification process required for PPP.

Focus should be on formulating new strategies to ensure maximum feedback in minimum time so that preparation of dynamic data of every family residing in Haryana should be done at the earliest," directed the Chief Minister.

He also directed that every Additional Deputy Commissioner and other officers concerned should launch a special training programme focusing on motivating the PPP team including team lead.
