Project Director, Chief Minister’s Good Governance Associates Programme, Rakesh Gupta on Thursday gave directions to the departments to provide the benefits of schemes and services to the public at Antyodaya and the Saral Kendras in a time bound manner and added that they should provide training to the employees at the district level so as to further improve their functioning.
Presiding over a review meeting with Nodal officers on the Antyodaya Saral Project, Gupta directed the Transport, Women and Child Development, Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam, Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran, HSIIDC and Urban Local Bodies Departments to further improve their functioning for facilitating the people.
He also directed the departments to take immediate action on tickets coming on the ticketing system of Antyodaya Portal.
Apart from this, the department should take immediate action on the important tickets being sent on daily basis.
He directed the Nodal Officers to soon dispose of the applications or complaints received on the Antyodaya Portal.
otherwise the departmental action can be taken against the officers, who are negligent in their work.
