Indian real estate major Wave Infratech on Wednesday announced that the company has appointed l&T (larsen & Toubro) for the construction of Eminence, which is a luxury residential projects at Wave City Centre, Noida. While sale of flats start from Wednesday, the construction will be completed in 42 months. “We at Wave Infratech are happy to announce the construction of Eminence awarded to larsen & Toubro, one of India's best construction companies. The excavation of the Eminence site has already been completed and with l&T on board, the construction would be completed in 42 months as scheduled,” said Wave Infratech Executive Director, Amar Sinha.
Speaking about the sale and possession of the residences, Wave Infratech Senior President (Sales & Marketing) CJ Singh told The Pioneer that the flats are available for sale and possession will be given once the construction is completed. located in Sector 32, Noida, Eminence is spread across 1.62 acres and offers 3 and 4 bedroom residences. Sellable area for 3 bhk and 4 bhk apartments are 3072.9 square feet and 4361.65 square feet respectively available at Rs9000 per square feet.
