With an investment of Rs 900 crore realty firm Prateek Group on Friday announced its second phase - ' Grand Paeonia' in ‘Prateek Grand City' township at Siddharh Vihar, NH 24. " We will investing Rs 900 crore in 'Grand Paeonia' which includes Rs700 crore land cost and Rs200 crore in the construction in the next four year," Prateek Group Chairman Prashant Tiwari told The Pioneer. The company will be constructing 2000 units within nine towers in this second phase.The group will offer 2, 3 and 4BHK homes starting from Rs28 lakh and going up to Rs63 lakh.
