In a major step towards enabling global career opportunities for rural youth, Global Nurse Force (GNF) has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Naveen Jindal Foundation (NJF) to expand its flagship initiative, Naveen AVSAR (Advance Vocational Skills for Aspirational and Rewarding lives). The partnership aims to provide high-quality clinical training and structured international placement pathways to over 10,000 young people in Haryana, particularly from Kurukshetra and surrounding districts.
Naveen AVSAR is a transformative skilling platform committed to empowering India’s youth and women through education, industry-aligned skills, and strategic global partnerships. Through this new collaboration, Global Nurse Force—an internationally recognized leader in healthcare recruitment and ethical, zero-cost nurse placements—will bring its two decades of experience and global network to the programme. GNF has already placed over 30,000 Indian nurses in world-class healthcare institutions across the UK, USA, Ireland, Germany, and Gulf countries.
As per the MoU, GNF and NJF will co-develop an industry-ready curriculum aligned with global clinical standards. The training will be delivered by certified nurse educators through simulation-based classes and hands-on clinical rotations. Learners will also receive personalised English language support, licensure preparation, and cultural orientation to ensure they are fully equipped to integrate into international healthcare systems.
All candidates will be connected to overseas employment opportunities via GNF’s zero-fee recruitment model, ensuring transparency and ethical workforce mobility.
Lalit Pattanaik, CEO of Global Nurse Force, emphasized the importance of the initiative, stating, “Kurukshetra’s youth have the potential to shine globally. With NJF’s grassroots network and our international experience, we are building a strong, ethical bridge from local training to global opportunity.” Echoing this sentiment, Paramananda Santra, Chief Business Officer of GNF, noted, “We are proud to partner with NJF to embed global healthcare skilling avenues in rural India. This partnership is about transforming talent into global success stories.”
Dr. Maneesh Mishra, Vice President and Head of Skills at the Naveen Jindal Foundation, said the collaboration would not only upskill Haryana’s youth but also contribute meaningfully to India’s growing healthcare workforce.
