Namo Realtech has raised ?350 crore from the real estate lending platform of BGO-Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC to fund its residential project in Gurgaon. The structured credit vehicle, launched in June 2022, has committed over $100 million across 10 deals and aims to scale up to $1 billion by 2028. Executives from both firms highlighted the strong momentum in India’s residential real estate market, with Namo’s MD Mohit Jain noting that the investment will fast-track the company’s growth trajectory.
