n Krishna Karunesh, the newly appointed vice-chairman of the Ghaziabad Development Authority, took charge today. Krishna is an IAS officer of 2011 batch.
Prior to this he has also lived here in the post of Modinagar SDM, SDM Ghaziabad City and Chief Development Officer. GDA vice-president Kanchan Verma, posted at the same post, has been transferred to the post of Managing Director of Uttar Pradesh Medical Supply Corporation.
