Venture-funded start-up iYogi, a provider of offshore tech-support from India is venturing into the Indian market and will aim to target small and medium businesses in India. Uday Challu, founder of iYogi believes that the increasing adoption of technology in businesses and for personal use in India will drive business for the Gurgaon based firm.
The plans start at Rs249 per computer per month for personal plans, users can speak to iYogi’s tech experts for solutions to their technical problems. The plans also cover a range of other devices such as printers, scanners and digital music players.
iYogi currently has a staff of 5000 technical experts serving over two million customers in ten countries, this is the first time the company is offering services in its home country.
