Invesco Mutual Funds, which has a wide range of equity and equity-oriented schemes, has now launched Invesco India Equity Bond and Fund to mitigate the turbulent market as well as providing security to the investors. The new fund offer or NFO will open on Monday and will close on June 25.
This product is the balance mixture of debt and equity and works like an open hybrid scheme to invest in infrastructure-related equities. Bond gives a stable return and is less riskier than equity, besides perform well at every stage of the market.
Actually, Invesco India has successfully tried to provide double benefit to the investors by introducing such a product which can not only handle the choppy market but also gives sustainable return. “This will ensure investors to reap the benefits of growing equities as well as from the stable debt. The longer you stay invested in equity, it paves the way for bigger asset creation. Moreover, an exposure in bond protects the investors to handle the ups and downs of the market,” said a Mumbai based fund manager.
“This works as cushion for the risk of the portfolio and profit propositions. This fund will invest across all the sectors and market capitalisation,” he added.
Invesco India Equity Bond and Fund have so many things and benefits to offer. It will work in all the circumstances of the market that will ensure the growth as well as the value of the invested fund. Debt securities portfolio will give priority to AAA ratings while 65-80 per cent investment will be made in equity and rest of 20-35 per cent investment will be made in debt and money market. The fund managers of this fund are Taher Badshah and Amit Ganatra.
If seen as an asset class, then equity has given better returns to the investors, however, it’s fluctuating trend sometimes dents its performance. In such circumstances, if investors get a product which is kind of blend of debt and equity, then it will certainly be not only popular but will eventually be proved as the most wanted product. However, Invesco limited offers its hosts of services to the customers speeding across 120 countries and currently enjoys an AUM of $937.6 billion.
