Indic Wisdom, a Mumbai-based manufacturer of high-quality wood-pressed oils on Tuesday  raised funds in a Pre-series A round primarily led by Rockstud Capital along with other investors.

A significant rise in consumer awareness about their health and a shift in preference towards natural, nutrient-dense food products is driving the demand for cold-pressed oils.

These oils, renowned for their high nutritional content, including essential vitamins, antioxidants, and fatty acids, offer a superior alternative to refined oils, which often undergo processing that can strip them of valuable nutrients.

Indic Wisdom Pvt. Limited traces its inspiration to India’s egalitarian culinary traditions.

Growing up with the belief that food should be natural and shared, Prajakta Khare & Kaustubh Khare founded Indic Wisdom to contemporise that civilisational wisdom and invested in manufacturing to produce goodness at scale.
