The Finance Ministry will meet of heads of Public Sector Banks in Mumbai on Tuesday to chalk out various impending issues faced by banking industry like the implementation of large projects, hiring PSU heads, key executives, bad loans and other issues.
Case by case review of some of the major infrastructure projects would be undertaken by the Ministry in presence of senior officers of the Ministries of Power, Steel, Transport, Shipping and the RBI, an official statement said. However sources said that apart from stalled projects, other key issues of banking industry will be discussed.
