Mayor, East Delhi Municipal Corp., (EDMC) Bipin Bihari Singh, Member of Legislative Assembly, Delhi, Chaudhari Fateh Singh and Chairman, Standing Committee, EDMC Satyapal Singh were the distinguished guests on the occasion.
