ICSI celebrates 50th Foundation Day on October 4

JSPL records highest production and sales in Q2
The Jindal Steel and Power Limited (JSPL) has posted its highest ever domestic quarterly steel production and sales in Q2 FY 2018-19. The company recorded a crude steel production of 1.3 MT (million tonnes) and robust sales of 1.27 MT during the quarter July to September 2018. The quarterly steel production saw a 46 per cent growth during Q2 FY 2019, while the quarterly steel sales traced a steeper curve by recording a rise of 53 per cent on a year-on-year basis.
