NTPC Ltd pays Final Dividend of Rs 1,970.67 crore for FY 2017-18
For the financial year 2017-18, NTPC Ltd. has paid a final dividend of Rs 1,970.67 crore, being 23.90% of the paid-up equity share capital of the Company. The RTGS advice for the transfer of Rs 1,217.29 crore to Government of India, being the share of Government of India in the final dividend, was presented to RK Singh, Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Power and New & Renewable Energy by Gurdeep Singh, CMD, NTPC, Monday in the presence of AK Bhalla, Secretary (Power) from Ministry of Power and K Sreekant, Director (Finance), Saptarshi Roy, Director (Human Resources), SK Roy, Director (Projects), Prakash Tiwari, Director (Operations) and Prasant Kumar Mohapatra, Director (Technical) from NTPC Ltd.
