Qatar min visits CISF HQrs
A delegation of Qatari Ministry of Interior led by Col Khalifa Mohammad A Al Atiyya, Director, General Directorate of Industrial Security, MoI, Qatar along with 4 member delegation visited CISF HQrs, New Delhi. The delegation was accompanied by Rohit Vadhwana, Under Secretary (Gulf), MEA. On arrival, the delegation called on Rajesh Ranjan, DG, CISF.
AAI signs an agreement with USTDA
Airports Authority of India (AAI), signed an agreement with the US Trade and Development Agency (USTDA), for the proposed modernisation roadmap of Communication, Navigation and Surveillance/Air Traffic Management (CNS/ATM) in India on 16th November, 2018. The objective of this study is to develop a CNS/ATM roadmap for AAI for modernisation of the Indian National Airspace System(NAS). Utilising global and regional best practices as a benchmark, the technical assistance shall recommend a roadmap and implementation plan for AAI to improve airspace utilisation and implement CNS/ATM air and ground equipage in the short, medium and long term (upto ten years).
