For their efforts to promote energy conservation and efficiency, BSES discoms have been felicitated at the Power Ministry’s National Energy Conservation Awards 2018. While BSES Yamuna Power Limited (BYPL) was ranked 1st under the ‘Discom’ category, BSES Rajdhani Power Limited (BRPL) received a certificate of commendation.
While BYPL CEO PR Kumar and Brajesh Kumar (Head, Business) received the award on behalf of the organisation, Vineet Sikka (Head, Business) and Abhishek Ranjan (Head Renewables) received the award on behalf of BRPL.
The prestigious awards were presented by the Lok Sabha Speaker, Sumitra Mahajan and the Union Minister of State for Power, New & Renewable Energy, RK Singh.
