Diversified firm Aditya Birla Nuvo ltd on thursday reported 88.28 per cent jump in consolidated net profit at Rs331.63 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2015. The company had reported a net profit of Rs176.13 crore in the January-March quarter of 2013-14 fiscal, Aditya Birla Nuvo ltd (ABNl) said in a BSE filing. Net sales during the quarter under review declined by 1.30 per cent to Rs6,957.36 crore from Rs7,049.56 crore in the year-ago period.
