Aaiji Group has received approval from the Gujarat Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) for its new residential development in the Dholera Special Investment Region (SIR). The project, led by Aaiji Infraspace, will be developed over 10,809 square meters and holds valid RERA clearance until 2029.
Lalit Parihar, Founder and MD of Aaiji Group, highlighted Dholera’s potential due to its infrastructure, strategic location, and government backing. He emphasized upcoming developments like the international cargo airport and Ahmedabad-Dholera Expressway, both expected to be operational by the end of 2025.
Dholera SIR has become a key destination for major investments, with over 100 proposals including Tata Electronics’ ?91,000 crore semiconductor plant. The region is being positioned as a driver of Gujarat’s next industrial wave.
