A high powered delegation of MSME Development Forum led by its Chairman Rajnish Goenka, along with its Secretary General Ajay Mathur & Anil Pathak,C0-Convener- Gujarat Chapter, called on the Gujarat chief minister Vijay Rupani on May 16, 2018 at Gandhi Nagar, to invite him as the guest of honour at the inaugural ceremony and Gujarat state as the Partner State in the 5th. “India International MSME Startup Expo-2018” being held from June 22-24, 2018 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi with collocated events - “CM’s Conclave” & “Minister’s –CM-Ambassador’s Meet” "Startup Fest" "Small Industries Trade Fair' "Finance & Funding Fair" "Vendor Development Fest" "Ease Of Doing Business Summit'. Uttam Pacharne appointed as regular Chairman of lalit Kala Akademy
The President of India has appointed Uttam Pacharne, as regular Chairman of lalit Kala Akademy. Pacharne is an eminent artist and sculptor. He is the recipient of National lalit Kala Award 1985, Maharashtra Gaurav Puraska 1985 from Government of Maharashtra, Junior National Award 1986 and Jeevan Gaurav Puraskar 2017 from Prafulla Dahanukar Foundation. Pacharne will hold office for a term of three years from the date on which he assumes the charge of his office.

JUPINDERJIT SINGH'S BOOK released
Director-General of the Border Security Force, K K Sharma released ‘Discovery of Shaheed Bhagat Singh's Pistol and his Ahimsa', a book authored by journalist Jupinderjit Singh, in a gala ceremony at BSF Headquarters, New Delhi on Wednesday. DG BSF appreciated painstaking efforts of Jupinderjeet Singh in locating the pistol used by Bhagat Singh in the incident of Dec 17, 1928 and of penning down the weapon's journey encompassing the freedom struggle of India and post-independence era. K K Sharma said that this book will be a good read for all age groups.
