"The project is based on the public-private partnership model. A leading petro products company, IFP Petro Products Pvt. ltd., has taken the social initiative for rehabilitation of prisoners," Tihar jail spokesperson Sunil Gupta told IANS.The unit was inaugurated Monday."IFP is providing the machinery, raw material, packaging material, technical supervision and marketing for the product that will be available in retail outlets and IFP plants soon," he said.
