In a land grab case, Rampur 1st Class Judicial Magistrate has asked Subaranpur Zilla Parishad Chairman and his wife, besides Tarbha and Rampur Tehsildars and a RI to be present in the court on October 1.
Haribola Padhana of Sahala village had petitioned against Surbarnapur ZP Chairman Himansu Sekhar Biswal, his wife Padmini Biswal, Rampur tehsildar Binod Bihari Das, Tarbha tehsildar Prasanna Pande and Dunguripali RI Jayaraj Bariha in the land grab case. He alleged that these accused had been hands-in glove. Padhana had also complained against them before the President of India and the State Vigilance Director in 2015.
