The Commissionerate police have arrested a youth, Dharmendra Jena, on Saturday on the charge of cheating online store Flipkart by falsely accusing the company of delivering a wrong parcel to him.
As per reports, Dharmendra ordered for a laptop from Flpkart and made the required payment a few days back. Subsequently, the courier company delivered the laptop at Dharmendra’s address.
But Dharmendra lodged a complaint at the Flipkart’s office in Mancheswar alleging that a parcel containing soaps and other items, instead of a laptop, was delivered to his address. Smelling something being fishy, the Flipkart authorities filed a complaint at the Mancheswar police station.
