The Sadar police arrested a 23-year-old youth on the charge of circulating obscene photographs of a minor girl through MMS and forwarded him to court on Friday. The accused, Kartik Das of Village Amara, after having physical relationship with the girl of the same village, had taken some photos in February without her knowledge. The mother of the victim had lodged an FIR in this matter on Monday.
