One youth, Dushmanta Das of Jagatsinghpur district, who had slit his wrists and consumed poison in a bid to commit suicide before the State Assembly on Wednesday, died in the evening.He was under treatment at the SCB Medical College Hospital in Cuttack. He had alleged that he was refused treatment for his earlier injuries though he ran from pillar to post.
