Continuing their tirade against what they call “corrupt Ministers”, the Congress once again targeted Mahanga MlA and Health and law Minister Pratap Jena in Cuttack on Wednesday.
After their protest in Bhubaneswar on Tuesday, Youth Congress (YC) workers demonstrated against the Minister at Madhupatna Square demanding his resignation from the Cabinet after his wife has been issued with a show-cause notice by the Cuttack Development Authority (CDA) for availing a plot in discretionary quota.
The Congress activists paralysed traffic on the National Highway after squatting on the road for a brief period, burnt an effigy of the Minister and shouted slogans against Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik.
