The Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB) announced its achievements of 2017-19 batch MBA students in the recently held summer internship programmes for different streams like management, strategy consulting, marketing, finance, banking, general management and others.
In the spectacular run of summers’17, as many as 350 students of MBA (Business Management) were selected for summer internship by 106 companies including 63 new recruiters like Wildcraft, Royal Enfield, Philips lighting, Yes Bank, Titan and others. The highest stipend stood at Rs three lakh per annum while the average stipend stood at Rs 61,000 per annum. While in MBA (Human Resource Management) batch, the summers’ 17 saw 120 students placed recruited by 44 companies including 29 new recruiters in industrial relations, corporate HR stream.
In this stream the highest stipend stood at Rs three lakh per annum with average stipend of Rs 76,000 per annum.
