The consulting and strategy consortium of the Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB), Constrat, hosted its annual conclave Stratonomics at the XIMB campus here on Sunday.
The event with a theme on ‘Digitization of Value Chain and Industry 4.0’ had speakers like Verve Consulting CEO Debashish Mahapatro, Ashok leyland GM (Programs) A Karthik and Tata Steel Senior Manager (Corporate Strategy and Planning) Sovit Biswal. Professor of Information Systems at the XIMB Dr Sanjay Mohapatra spoke about the web 4.0 and the role of students in the 4th web.
The speakers discussed on how technology is making lives easier and the paradigm shift in technology and metamorphosis of conventional methods into new models. They also pointed out the evolution of the three key drivers for digitization; Connection, Flexibility and Agility.
