A three-day zonal level workshop on PVA software of eastern zone telecom officers of Assam, West Bengal, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand and Bihar was kick-started here at the Gopabandhu Academy of Administration on Thursday. Nearly 60 officers are participating in the workshop which will culminate on September 28.
While National Institute of Communication Finance (NICF) director general S Purkayastha inaugurated the event, PVA implementation committee chairman GK Padhy explained about the importance of the workshop.
Among others, controller communication accounts, Odisha circle Md Shahzad NICF Training director Kasinath Jha and Smruti Ranjan Swain attended the inaugural event.
