The Chief District Medical Officer (CDMO), Nabarangpur has ordered a probe into allegations that a woman doctor at the Chandahandi CHC misbehaved with nurses and other staffs and her husband was unnecessarily involved in official works.
In a letter to the CDMO, nurses and other staffs mentioned that Dr Bijayalaxmi Pradhan misbehaved with them often. They also alleged that her husband, who is staying in her official residence in the CHC campus, is unnecessarily interfering in the official matters and demands money from them.
A few days back, an FIR had been lodged at the Chandahandi police station against her husband for teasing a woman health worker.
