A 30-year-old woman died reportedly after eating Gupchup (Panipuri) in Sundargarh district on Tuesday.
The deceased was identified as Phulamati Kisan, a resident on Sarabgarh village under Lephripara police station.
According to information, Phulamati’s husband had brought Gupchup for her. While all members of family were eating Gupchup at their home, Phulmati suddenly complained of pain in her throat.
She was soon rushed to Community Health Centre, Lephripar.
