Government officials of Wales, a part of the United Kingdom, are all praise for Odisha as they visited here on the occasion of FIH Hockey Men’s World Cup.
Head of Asia and MENA region of Wales Government Samantha Diamond said Odisha is such a beautiful State! It is doing wonderful work for development of sports. The magnitude of preparation for FIH Hockey Men’s World Cup 2023 is commendable.
She opined that time has come for Odisha to tell her story to the world. Odisha is such a magical place!
Wales and Odisha can develop and strengthen relationship in many fields like education, mechanical engineering, medical devices, manufacturing and more she said.
She also reminded that a company of Wales has done the laser mapping of the Konark temple.
