In reaction to BJP national president Amit Shah’s attack on the State Government on Sunday and calling upon people to throw out the BJD regime, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik said, “Well, we should await the results of the 2019 elections.
The people would decide which Government they would throw out and which Government they would retain, Patnaik remarked.
Reacting to Shah’s terming the BJD a fused transformer, Patnaik said, “We will wait and see which party is the fused transformer and which party is the transformer of Odisha.”
Asked about the BJD being termed as the Congress B team, he said, “They (the BJP) are free to say what they like. We are an A team on our own steam and maintain equidistance from the BJP and the Congress.”
