VVS Sreenivas, Chief Vigilance Officer of Dredging Corporation of India, Visakhapatnam, took additional charge as Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of the Paradip Port Trust (PPT) on Monday. He is an officer belonging to the 1994 batch of the Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME).
In addition to varied experiences in the railway sector, he had exposure to port logistics and project activities of the oil and gas sector by virtue of an earlier deputation.
Sreenivas a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from the Regional Engineering College, Surat with Masters Degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi. He attended the course on Environmental Management at the University of Bradford and the University of Manchester on the prestigious British Chevening Scholarship.
Sreenivas is also holding the additional charge of Chief Vigilance Officer of the Visakhapatnam Port Trust.
