Fake farmer identity cards for paddy procurement were found at Rusuda and Sialkhandatha cooperative societies under Bheden Block in Bargarh district by the Vigilance.
RI and secretary of PAX in Rusuda were suspended, but no action was taken against the Dalals and fake sharecroppers in the illegal work. Similarly, although the Sialkhandatha cooperative society was also involved in the corruption case, yet no action was taken against anyone of the society.
Meanwhile, an investigation has been ordered into the irregularities in the Sialkhandatha society. According to the sources, some politicians are involved in the scam.
