Overwhelmed by the landslide victory by his party in both the lok Sabha and Assembly elections in the State, BJD supremo and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Friday said this is the victory of ‘four crore people of Odisha’.
“I would like to express my deep gratitude to the people of our beloved State for having showered their blessings on the BJD for the fourth consecutive time. We will make all-out efforts to continue our good work for our State,” he told mediapersons in his first reaction after the poll results came in. The party would continue development works it has started in the coming days for the all-round prosperity of the State, he said.
Patnaik further said the election results proved that the people of the State have voted for clean and good governance.
