The V-Guard company has donated 32 wheelchairs to the Kendrapada District Headquarters Hospital (DHH) for the patients. Kendrapada Town police station IIC Jyoti Ranjan samantaray, who had gone to the DHH in a law and order situation, came across critical patients being carried in a precarious way by the attendants or by their family members. Later, Samantaray contacted his friend who was working in V-Guard company and urged him to donate some wheel chairs and stretchers to the hospital. Soon the company approved of proposal under its CSR activity. The wheel chairs were provided in a function in presence of officials of the district health department, besides IIC Samantaray and V-Guard Branch head Sumant Kumar Pradhan, among others.
