BJP national general secretary and Odisha in-charge Arun Singh on Saturday claimed that the Naveen Patnaik Government would be discarded by people in the next elections and the BJP would form Government in Odisha.
“The people of Odisha would discard the BJD Government as mis-governance, hooliganism and women atrocities have risen. Results of the Uttar Pradesh elections would be repeated in Odisha,” he said.
He alleged that the Kunduli gangrape victim committed suicide after failing to get justice from police and the State administrations. Instead of giving justice to the girl, the police and the administration suppressed the matter together, he alleged.
He alleged that the BJD has taken to the path of violence after losing popularity. The ruling party with help of police and administration are attacking BJP workers. However, the BJP workers have not been discouraged to fight against the State Government’s ‘jungle raj.
Singh visited some of works who were injured in police attack recently while staging a protest against the death of the Kunduli victim girl.
