Union Petroleum and Steel Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Tuesday pledged all help to the Red Cross Society as Cyclone Yaas assistance while speaking to Governor and President of Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS) Odisha State branch Prof Ganeshi Lal.
While appealing to people of the State to be alert and cooperate with the State and Central agencies in meeting the challenge of disaster, Pradhan in his tweet announced support for the IRCS, which is ready with its rescue and relief plans. Pradhan is in constant touch with Director Generals of the IMD and the NDRF and announced his full support to execute relief, rescue and restoration works.
