The State Government on Friday effected a minor reshuffle in the IAS level. A notification to this effect was issued by the General Administration Department.
Additional Chief Secretary (Finance) UN Behera was appointed as the new Development Commissioner. Aditya Prasad Padhi, who was Development Commissioner, will remain exclusively as Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister.Ashok Kumar Tripathy was named as new Member of Board of Revenue. In addition to his new responsibility, Tripathy will also handle the administration of the Gopabandhu Academy of Administration.
Higher Education Secretary Gagan Kumar Dhal has been given additional charge of IPICOl CMD. Similarly, RDC (Northern) Pramod Meherda has been given additional charge of RDC Southern Division. R Balakrishnan has been named as Additional Chief Secretary (Finance) and Sanjib Kumar Mishra as Special Resident Commissioner in New Delhi.
