As part of its CSR works, the Utkal Alumina International Limited (UAIL), a unit of Hindalco Industries of Aditya Birla Group, has donated an advance life support ambulance to the Rayagada administration.
The ambulance is equipped with all emergency equipment facilities like syringe infusion pump, transport ventilator, mouth to mouth mask, folding stretcher, emergency kit, suction pump, two oxygen cylinders, oxygen supply pipe line and cardiac monitor, etc.
The ambulance was flagged off in a ceremony in the premises of the District Headquarters Hospital. Collector Saroj Kumar Mishra graced the occasion as chief guest and SP Vivekananda Sharma joined as guest of honor in the event.
Utkal Alumina International Limited unit head Mazharulla Beig handed over the ambulance key to CDMO Dr Artabandhu Nayak.
