The Utkal Sammilani has sent a letter to Andhra Pradesh Governor Biswabhusan Harichandan to intervene in Odisha-Andhra border tension following reports of recent activities stepped up by Andhra Government to woo villagers of Odisha residing in border areas. President of the Mancheswar Industrial Estate Branch of Utkal Sammilani Dillip Dassharma in his letter has urged Harichandan to take stock of situation and has recalled how latter had promised to resolve the longstanding dispute when he joined as Governor of Andhra Pradesh last year.
