A two-day awareness campaign ‘Don’t Honk Unnecessarily – II’ organised by the United for Social Interests (USI) Foundation in collaboration with Micronum Solutions ended at Jayadev Vihar here successfully. The motto was to make people aware of the ill effects of vehicular honking at traffic signals and other silent zones including near hospitals, schools, religious places and residential places.
USI Foundation managing trustee Tarini Prasad Sahoo led the campaign while artist Chintamani Biswal, singer and composer Abhijeet Mishra, and ACP (Traffic) Binod Dash encouraged the volunteers.
