The Town police on Wednesday rescued two minor boys, who managed to escape from the clutches of their abductors. The boys were identified as Abhisekh Meher and his cousin Jinu Meher.
As per a statement given to police by the duo, some unidentified persons kidnapped them from Nuapada in Subarnapur district when they were playing in a park. After fleeing the vehicle, the two boys were trying to find a safe place to hide when Town police personnel spotted them near Bikram Chhak. They were brought to the police station where they narrated the entire incident before the cops.
