In an open challenge to the order of Barbil Executive Magistrate and Tehsildar Prabir Kumar Khilar, the errant mini truck and taxi drivers are still parking their vehicles at the Madhusudan Square here illegally creating traffic problem.
On Friday, Khilar along with RTO Dillip Dalei and Barbil police station IIC Ajay Mishra and municipal staff had lifted as many as 30 vehicles illegally parked at different roads and in the weekly market area of Barbil town.
On last Monday, Khilar had urged the drivers of the vehicles not to park their vehicles on busy roads and to make convenient parking at the open space near to the Municipal High School, but the arrogant pliers turned a deaf ear to it.
